Scope of services

Lys Wealth Management provides independent investment analysis and advisory services. It does not provide discretionary portfolio management, take custody of client assets, execute transactions, receive client funds, or make investment decisions on behalf of clients. Clients remain responsible for every investment decision and communicate instructions directly to their chosen financial institutions.

Regulatory status

Lys Wealth Management is not a bank, securities firm, fund management company or discretionary asset manager. It is not prudentially supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Any client advisory activity will be conducted only within the applicable Swiss legal and regulatory framework, including the Swiss Financial Services Act where applicable.
